McClendon Consulting has successfully worked with many multimedia companies including Gannett's USA Today, Edelman Public Relations, NBC, and Metro International.

At USA Today Sports we helped implement a plan to publish, online and in print, the best UGC content from high schools all over America. We are also helping USAT implement an instant polling feature for mobile devices.

We successfully worked with Edelman PR on obtaining content for a major advertising client. At NBC we provided tools for authentication of user submitted content and at Metro New York we trained the editorial staff  on best practices for obtaining low cost UGC news photos.

As manager of a team of five multimedia producers Jerome McClendon oversaw multimedia content for NBC’s owned TV stations in 10 major cities. McClendon's team ensured the station websites are visually appealing and always had compelling photo and video content. I worked closely with station managing editors to better integrate web publishing and social media into traditional TV newsrooms. I also managed editorial content for NBC’s “out of home properties” including video content for taxis, trains and gas pumps around the country. I worked closely with internal and external content partners to assure we had access to the best storytelling content available for our target audience.  Link: www.nbcnewyork.com
